Doing great … at failing

Friends and family have been visiting the past three months. The dust has settled and we don’t expect any visits until spring. Seems no one wants to risk dealing with snow.

I’ve been making an effort to get back on track with my budget. I took a look at a few income based budget calculators to see what the experts suggest our figures should be in different categories. I have a bunch of work to do to get anywhere near their recommendations.

The emergency fund is still barely there. I’ve been slacking so long that it is difficult to knuckle down and do the work that needs to be done pinching pennies.

I’ve tried selling things of different sites but have had zero sales. I’ve stopped buying things to flip until I clear out what I have. Any suggestions on how to improve sales? Do you have any sites that you really like to use to flip items?
