We all have days where we need to fix a meal in a hurry. What can you do if you only have five minutes to cook? Sandwiches are fine but I also make a quick meal I call 4 can supper.
4 Can Dinner
1 can of tomato product ( spaghetti sauce, crushed tomatoes, salsa, etc.)
1 can of beans, chicken or corned beef
2 cans of vegetables
Seasonings of choice (optional)
Add all ingredients in a pot and heat through. Serve with crackers or toast. This also makes a great base soup you can use to use up leftover pasta, rice or veggies. This is inexpensive, filling and healthy.
